For those who like their thinning scissors to have a bit more heft, Kobe have designed the Kobe Barber Thinner. Its 6-inch blades are heavier than other thinners to give a bit more power to the cut.

Its fully convex, hollow-ground blades are hand forged from Japanese 440C stainless steel and have ultra sharp edges. The top one has 30 teeth which remove about 25% of hair with each cut.

It's comfortable to use too, with ergonomically shaped offset handle that almost mould to your fingers. The thumb ring has been made specially larger in these scissors to suit the larger hand.
