L'Oréal Professionnel tecni art pli is a heat-activated spray with a strong hold factor of 4. It's a fantastic product for creating waves or curls and is formulated to ensure that the hair retains a natural feel.

Pli comes in a 125-ml pump-action spray bottle and should be sprayed liberally onto either damp or dry hair before using rollers or any other heated styling tool to create the style you're after.
