Revolutionary scissor design for advanced hair cutting

Inspired by the design of a diver's knife, the Acro Knife is a truly unique take on traditional hair scissors. Using the same molybdenum steel that stops a diver's knife from rusting, these Mizutani scissors are incredibly durable and hold their keen edge extremely well.

What really sets them apart though is the "matrix zone": a crescent-shaped serrated area on the non-cutting side of one blade that lets you use the scissors almost as you might a razor. This zone effectively adds an extra level of hair cutting precision without the need for an extra tool.

On top of that, the specially designed, spoon-shaped thumb ring (see picture below) gives the Acro Knife a versatile grip that makes it ideal for all kinds of advanced cutting techniques such as reverse slide cutting.

The cutting action itself is smooth, using a carbon/resin bearing to ensure a consistently smooth cut that won't deterioriate with age. There's also a low profile tension screw that uses a clicking adjustment to ensure precise set up of the scissors, with tension being adjusted by either fingers or a coin inserted into the screw.

Available in 5.8 and 6.3 inches with a sleek, matt finish.
