This lightweight dryer from Parlux mixes their vast store of experience in dryer design and engineering with the fruits of cutting edge research to create a new generation hair dryer that's lighter, tougher, more powerful and greener than before.

Let's start with weight. Parlux have taken each of their standard dryer components and reduced their weight, so at 452 grams, the 385 is a full 15% lighter than the Parlux 3800 and a whopping 20% lighter than the bestselling Parlux 3200. Yet, at 18.5 cm, it's still the ideal size for a professional dryer.

Despite its light weight, power is not compromised with the 2150-watt K-Lamination motor generating a gale force 79 m³/hr in airflow. Such power means that hair is dried much more quickly than with other dryers, so electricity consumption is lower.

The green features don't stop there either with the 385 and its packaging following the lead of the 3800 in being made from recyclable materials. Of course, it doesn't just look after the environment and thanks to its built-in ionic and ceramic features a steady flow of negative ions ensures hair is kept in great condition too.

All this is wrapped up in an impact resistant casing and comes with all the features you'd expect in a professional dryer such as 4 temperatures, 2 speeds, coldshot button, 2 nozzles and a 3-metre cable.
