You'll get the best results from IGORA Royal Absolutes by mixing it with 9% (30 vol) IGORA Royal Colour & Care Developer. The cationic hair conditioners in the developer also add shimmering shine to the hair and leave it super-silky to the touch. Development time is 30–45 minutes.
