Entry-level scissors with a choice of blades and handles for ultimate customisation

These may be the entry-level Tondeo scissors, but they're made from the same high quality, chrome-alloyed stainless steel as the rest of the range. This means an almost total lack of nickel in the steel, resulting in virtually no risk to your fingers from nickel allergy. The steel is burnished to a striking matt surface and features a brass tension screw and removable finger rest.

The Spider comes with a choice of blades, both of which have the razor sharpness that Tondeo are renowned for. Choose from the polished "Slice" blades that are great for slice cutting and suited to the more experienced hairdresser, or the "Micro" micro-serrated blades with serrations that help stop the hair slipping on the blade which are a great choice for new stylists.

You can also choose to have the Spider Slice with either straight (classic) or offset handles to suit your preference. If you're unsure which to choose, have a look at our guide to choosing hair scissors which has information on the benefits of each.

Available in 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0 inches with a straight handle. The Spider Slice 5.5" is also available with offset handles. All models come with removeable finger-ring inserts.
