Perfect mixer for Color Touch colours

This high quality, water-based emulsion has been specially designed as a developer for Wella Color Touch semi-permanent hair colours.

Use it in a ratio of 1 part colour to 2 parts emulsion. Its smooth, creamy consistency gives it excellent mixing properties and makes it so easy to apply the colour.

Color Touch Emulsion is available in 2 strengths:1.9% or 4%, in either 0.5 litre or 1 litre bottles.

If you're using Color Touch Plus, then you need the specially formulated Color Touch Plus Emulsion.

Please note that this item is subject to a heavy-goods delivery surcharge of 50p per 0.5 litre bottle or £1.00 per litre bottle.
