Color Touch Plus emulsion is specially formulated as the ideal developer for the Wella Color Touch Plus range of semi-permanent hair colour.

It should be used in proportions of 1 part colour to 2 parts emulsion and it makes mixing and colour application a breeze with its smooth, creamy consistency.

Available in 0.5 and 1 litre bottles.

If you're using standard Color Touch colours (rather than Color Touch Plus), then make sure you use the right emulsion for them: Color Touch Emulsion.
