Black Teflon coating and rubberised handles.
Taking its name from the Japanese word for "Night", the Haito Yoru features a metallic black coating made with Teflon to ensure water and hair simply slide off the blade. The handles are rubberised for comfort.
The blades are handmade from stainless steel with a convex cutting edge for incredible sharpness and slicing excellence. They're attached to offset handles which help to keep your hand in a comfortable shape for all-day cutting.
There's a removable finger rest, adjustable tension screw and finger rings so you can set your Yoru up just as you like. Each one is supplied in its own quilted scissor wallet.
