colour Touch Plus emulsion is specially formulated as the ideal developer for the Wella colour Touch Plus range of semi-permanent hair colour.
It should be used in proportions of 1 part colour to 2 parts emulsion and it makes mixing and colour application a breeze with its smooth, creamy consistency.
Available in a 1 litre bottle.
If you're using standard colour Touch colours (rather than colour Touch Plus), then make sure you use the right emulsion for them: colour Touch Emulsion.
