It's specially formulated to give stunning results with other Wella products like Blondor and Koleston Perfect. In fact, Koleston Perfect's high density colour (HDC) molecules will only achieve their full potential when developed with the HDC activator in Welloxon Perfect.
Available in both 0.5 and 1 litre bottles of 3 strengths for varying degrees of lift: 6%, 9% and 12%.
