Morgan's Cooling Hair Tonic is designed to calm and soothe itchy and flaky scalps, while providing conditioning and texture to the hair. It refreshes and cools, but won't strip away the hair's natural oils.

It's a lightweight pre-styler containing nourishing pro-vitamin B5 (panthenol), nettle, rosemary and quasia extract: helping to get hair ready for some more fabulous Morgan's styling products. Cooling Hair Tonic has a fresh menthol fragrance, and stimulates hair follicles to promote healthy hair.

Simply rub together between palms and apply to damp scalp and hair, then comb through.
