The Kasho Sagano Black has all the power and performance of the original Sagano Series, but is now coated with diamond-like carbon (DLC).

This incredibly hard wearing coating is painstakingly applied by hand and not only looks amazing, but also creates a smoother cut. In addition, it's non-porous, which means that bacteria are unable to penetrate the steel for the ultimate in cutting hygiene.

Like the original Sagano Series, the Sagano Back has semi-offset handles, inspired by Kasho's Green Series. These combine the ergonomics of the offset shape with the classic feel of level handles for a comfortable feel, with a fixed finger rest for extra support.

The Sagano Black's blades have a sword shape designed to channel power into every cut, with hollow-ground, convex edges for incredible cutting and slicing performance. The blades are joined by an adjustable flat-screw system with an integrated ball bearing which makes the action unbelievably smooth.

The Kasho Sagano Black is available in 5.5, 6, 6.5 or 7 inches.
