It gets its name from the incredible steel that it's crafted from—Takefu V10 cobalt—which is renowned for maintaining extreme hardness without becoming brittle and is so sought after that the Japanese restrict its export.

Available from as small as 4.5 inches this is a really nifty little scissor with extremely sharp, hand-honed convex blades, a lovely balance and really smooth action. It also comes with an adjustable tension screw and a removable finger rest.
