It&ly Oh My Blonde! Activator is specially formulated to get the best out of It&ly Oh My Blonde! Toner. It's an oxidising emulsion with a 5 volume (1.5%) peroxide concentration and should be used in a ratio of 1 part toner to 2 parts activator.
It can also be mixed with It&ly Oh My Blonde! pH Modulator to mitigate lifting.
Comes in a 1000 ml bottle.
