Matador's MC5 comb is a medium cutting comb (180 mm) made from vulcanised, hard rubber (known as Ebonite). This has been saw cut in the factory using a precision process the ensures each tooth is not just flat and sharp but has an ultra-smooth surface too.

The result is that, whether you're using the wide or fine teeth to comb with, the Matador MC5 glides through hair because there's nothing to snag or pull on the hair shaft. Like all Matador combs, the MC5 is:

  • Anti-static;
  • Root massaging;
  • and won't damage hair or scratch the scalp.

I've been using these for a few years and have now ordered more to of the same and some smaller ones. They are durable and do not fall out of your hair, providing you wind and pin them correctly obviously! I would definitely NOT suggest you try to sleep in them as they would be much too prickly!
