The Takara Belmont Mini Cabi is a compact towel warmer, designed to fit on or under a barber unit to give you a ready supply of hot towels at each station.

It'll take up to 28 towels and features a quiet motor for all-day unobtrusive operation. There's also a removable basket and removable drain tray for easy emptying and cleaning.
