Perfect mixer for colour Touch colours
This high quality, water-based emulsion has been specially designed as a developer for Wella colour Touch semi-permanent hair colours.
Use it in a ratio of 1 part colour to 2 parts emulsion. Its smooth, creamy consistency gives it excellent mixing properties and makes it so easy to apply the colour.
colour Touch Emulsion is available in 2 strengths:1.9% or 4%, in either 0.5 litre or 1 litre bottles.
If you're using colour Touch Plus, then you need the specially formulated colour Touch Plus Emulsion.
