The Ama Z Line features an arch shape that not only looks great, but helps to deliver more power to each cut while keeping your hand relaxed and your cutting comfortable.

 

Its large sword blades have convex edges for super-sharp cutting precision, while their size ensures you can apply power all the way to the tip. They're made from Japanese stainless steel for great durability and edge-retention and are joined by a thin, finger-adjustable tension screw.

 

The handles are offset with a pronounced arch on the top handle which keeps your hand in a more natural, relaxed shape that helps reduce cramp and cutting fatigue. There's a short, fixed finger rest that's not just for comfort, but is also a mini style statement.

 

The Ama Z Line comes in 2 sizes: 5.25 and 5.5.
