For eligible, in-stock orders to mainland UK addresses. Please order before 3:30pm on the relevant date and select the appropriate service at checkout.

Please order early wherever possible. These are our recommended dispatch deadlines for Christmas delivery, subject to stock, postcode coverage and carrier collections. They are not guaranteed delivery dates or a statement of the carriers’ final acceptance dates.
Remote areas, islands and international destinations need extra time. The dates above do not apply to FedEx international orders, furniture or products with separate supplier lead times. Contact us before ordering if you need advice for your order or destination.
Opening & dispatch schedule
We work Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. We are closed at weekends. Our usual opening hours are 8:45am–4:45pm, with an earlier close on Christmas Eve.

A few things to keep in mind
Ordering while we are closed
You can still order online. We will begin processing orders when we reopen, subject to stock availability and carrier collections. Placing an order during a closure does not mean it will be dispatched that day.
Collecting your order
For collection from CoolBlades, wait for confirmation that your order is ready and visit during the opening hours above.
DPD Local Pickup is coming soon and is not yet available at checkout. Once launched, participating pickup points will have their own festive opening hours. Always wait for DPD’s ready-to-collect notification before travelling.
Tracking & delivery estimates
Tracking details will be provided where available after dispatch. Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx festive schedules may differ from our opening hours. Weather, seasonal demand and customs clearance can affect delivery times.
Help with a delayed order
If your parcel is delayed or you need help with a delivery, contact CoolBlades with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. These delivery estimates do not limit your applicable statutory rights.
