Loyalty Scheme T&C

1. General Eligibility

• Participation in this Loyalty Scheme (“Scheme”) is voluntary and open to individuals who register and maintain an account with Cool Blades Limited.
• The Scheme expressly excludes wholesale customers.
• These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Scheme and may be updated at the sole discretion of Cool Blades Limited; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

2. Earning Loyalty Points

• Points are awarded based on the ex-VAT order price, excluding:
• Coupon codes applied
• Discounts via Discount Rules
• Store credit usage
• Gift certificate redemption
• Points will only be awarded upon shipment of the order.
• An email notification will be sent once points have been allocated.

3. Adjustments & Deductions

• If an order is refunded, declined, or cancelled, all Points granted for that order will be revoked.
• For partially refunded orders, Points will be adjusted proportionally to the refunded amount.
• If an order that was partially or fully redeemed with Points is cancelled or refunded, the Points used will not be reinstated to the account nor refundable or redeemable as cash.

4. Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed only for designated rewards as specified by Cool Blades Limited.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency, withdrawn, or transferred.
• Once Points are redeemed, they cannot be reinstated or refunded.

5. Gift Certificate Redemption

• A valid gift certificate may be used when redeeming loyalty rewards.
• Only one gift certificate may be applied per transaction; gift certificates cannot be combined.

6. Limitations & Rights Reserved

• Points expire or become void if an account is inactive or suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Cool Blades Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of the Scheme or violation of these Terms may result in termination of participation and forfeiture of accumulated Points.
