Directions

1. Wet hair with warm water, apply a coin-sized amount of shampoo and massage for 30–60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
2. Squeeze excess water from the hair.
3. Apply conditioner through mid-lengths and ends, keeping off the roots. Use a coin-sized amount for short hair and more for longer hair.
4. Leave for two minutes, then rinse with cool water.
