Osmo Ikon Cream Developer is a cream peroxide that's designed to get the best out of Osmo Ikon permanent hair colour. It contains shine boosters that work with the Micro-Connective Technology in Osmo Ikon hair colour ensuring the colour gets right to the heart of the hair cortex thus giving long-lasting colour with vibrant shine.
It has a creamy, smooth consistency that makes it easy to mix and a light fragrance for a more pleasant colouring experience.
Osmo Ikon Cream Developer comes in 1000 ml (1-litre) bottles in 5 strengths: 5 vol (1.5%), 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) and 40 vol (12%). The 5 vol is the replacement for the now-discontinued Osmo Ikon Tone on Tone Enhancer.
