Schwarzkopf Professional BlondMe Premium Developer is a professional-grade oxidant formulated to work in precise synergy with the BlondMe lightening and toning range. An enhanced formula containing glycerin supports hair integrity throughout the lightening process, whilst Swell Control Technology ensures controlled, consistent results. Available in four strengths to suit a full range of blonde services, from gentle toning through to maximum lift.

Available Strengths

• 2% (7 Vol) – For toning pre-lightened hair and gentle bleaching
• 6% (20 Vol) – For conventional bleaching or toning on naturally light hair at level 8 or above
• 9% (30 Vol) – For maximum bleaching, white hair blending, or lifting naturally light blonde hair
• 12% (40 Vol) – For lifting or white blending on a natural base at level 6 or 7

Directions

Use with BlondMe Premium Lightener 9+, BlondMe Clay Lightener, and BlondMe Bleach & Tone as instructed. When used with the older (pre-2026) Bleach & Tone portfolio: with a soft mix, colour may appear slightly stronger; with an intense mix, there is a risk of over-pigmentation, particularly at the root area and on-scalp.
