Shipping your scissors to us:
Once you have purchased scissor servicing, please send your scissors to the postal address that will be in the information pack provided via email (please check your spam/junk folder).
Please do check the level of insurance applied to your scissors when posting, as quite often this could be lower than the value of your scissors.
It is the customers responsibility to check the scissors are insured accordingly and arrive in a secure and safe manner!
Shipping back to you:
Once your scissor has been sharpened, we will post your scissor back to you via a Royal Mail Tracked service which is ONLY insured up to £150.
If you require insurance above £150 and up to £500 or £1000 this value you MUST purchase insurance.
