Perform Straightening Cream is available in three variants: N – for normal to resistant hair, C – for coloured hair, S – for sensitised or highlighted hair.

Before the service, always diagnose the hair condition and select the correct variant. A strand test is recommended prior to application. Use in combination with Perform+ Straightening Neutraliser for best results.

How to Use

• Preparation: Conduct a strand test before service. Use non-metallic tools and wear gloves.
• Step 1 – Straightening Cream: Apply to dry hair in small sections, ~0.5 cm off the scalp. Comb through once. Keep hair straight during development. Do not use heat or cover hair.
• Development Times:
  • N (Normal/Resistant Hair): Fine 15 min | Medium 20 min | Coarse 25 min
  • C (Coloured Hair): Fine 5 min | Medium 10 min | Coarse 15 min
  • S (Sensitised/Highlighted Hair): Fine 5 min | Medium 10 min | Coarse 15 min
• Step 2 – Heat Application: Blow-dry straight with tension. Straighten with ceramic iron in 1 cm sections. Optional: skip heat for short hair or softer effect.
• Step 3 – Neutraliser: Apply Perform+ Straightening Neutraliser (ready to use). Leave 10 min, keeping hair straight. Rinse thoroughly, apply conditioner, leave 3–5 min, rinse again.
• Client Aftercare: Do not wash hair for 48 hours. Avoid tying hair, clips, pins, or ponytails. For regrowth, apply only to root area (min. 4 cm). Protect sensitised areas with Wella Professionals Nutri-Enrich Mask.
• Important Information: Do not use on hair treated with metallic salt dyes or alkali relaxers. Leave at least one week between repeated treatments.
• Warnings: Avoid contact with eyes. Wear suitable gloves. Contains thioglycolate. For professional use only.
